This course braids together many strands of wisdom — from nature-based societies to contemporary Western thinkers, including Carl Jung and his notion of archetypes.
We all have many aspects within us. Sometimes their opposing needs create inner tension and inner conflict. This course will help you create a harmonious relationship with all of these parts and turn your inner dialogue into one that is deeply self-loving, encouraging, and wise.
This course encapsulates inner child work, self-talk, self-love, reparenting, and overcoming limiting beliefs, all in one.
The unique collection of tools offered in this course are the bedrock of my private Inner Work practice. This course makes that foundational work accessible to those for whom private work may not be an option.

In this course, a new batch of lessons will be released to you once a week for six weeks.Â

Once inside, you'll be guided step by step into a new perspective about the various selves within you, and a new, healthier way of relating to these many different aspects. You'll also be given tools and practices to help you embody these new understandings.

The ideas in this course are multi-layered. Much like the yoga practice, more and more nuance, beauty, and complexity will become apparent to you over time. So I recommend a gradual but consistent approach to the many course lessons and exercises.
