Essentials Of Yoga

 

This comprehensive course on the essentials of yoga will set you up with a life-long, physically healthy, and spiritually rich yoga practice. This course allows you to learn the essentials of yoga privately, so that you can feel more confident and self-assured in any class you attend. We begin with a focus on the deep philosophy behind the practice, and then move to the mat, where we apply those insights and ideas to the physical practice in practical ways. After completing this course, you’ll be equipped to begin a healthy home practice, or to attend classes in your area while bringing the insights from this course with you wherever you go. While this course is designed for absolute beginners, many experienced yogis have enjoyed it as well, finding it to be a source that has grounded and strengthened their existing practice.
