Compassion Immersion
A 6-week immersion in the skills of compassion, starting with yourself
This international program is here to meet the collective longing for a more compassionate world. Blending Buddhist teachings, Western psychology, and neuroscience, this 6-week compassion immersion will give you insights and tools to first cultivate self-compassion, and to then navigate internal and external difficulties with more grace and ease.

Ritual, Ceremony, & Spiritual Practice
This course will help you create morning and evening practices that nourish your soul and teach you how to re-enter into a conversation and collaboration with the more-than-human world. This course is offered as a self-study course (start anytime and follow the lessons) as well as a scheduled group course every Fall that includes live calls with Julia and community discussion and support.
