A 10-week training in meditation, non-reactivity, and surrender
This course is offered as a self-study course (start anytime and follow the lessons) as well as a scheduled group course every January that includes live calls with Julia and a community learning alongside you.
Compassion Immersion
A 6-week immersion in the skills of compassion, starting with yourself
This international program is here to meet the collective longing for a more compassionate world. Blending Buddhist teachings, Western psychology, and neuroscience, this 6-week compassion immersion will give you insights and tools to first cultivate self-compassion, and to then navigate internal and external difficulties with more grace and ease.
Monthly Meditation & Breathwork Gatherings
This new monthly program offers a light and simple way to stay in our meditation practice, and to be in community around the practice. These online gatherings include Q&A time with Julia.
