WELCOME
I’m Julia Frodahl, and I offer a garden of teachings for people interested in deep inner work that restores self-love, presence, and belonging for the individual and the collective.
We do slow, honest work here. Work that heals at the roots and deeply transforms the way you think, feel, and live.
Most of this work takes place within 5-10 week group programs held throughout the year. These containers include live calls with me, along with a supportive community. Within those spaces, you’ll find both new students and many returning students who come back to peel away another layer. This diversity creates a beautiful support system with richness and depth. (There is also an option to be held in this work for an entire year.)
If you prefer to work more quietly alone, there are self-study options. (Please see below for both.)
I also offer selective private mentorship for those who want more personal guidance and support.
However you may choose to connect, it will be my pleasure to help you access your own wisdom, and move forward with clarity, confidence, grace, and courage.

Every program aligns with the natural seasons. For example, meditation training is ideal for the quiet and stillness of winter and is a wonderful way to start a new year, so it begins in January. Compassion work aligns with the warming, opening qualities of spring. Shadow Work is ideal as we turn back inward for the fall. All entry points are good entry points. Self-study programs do not include calls with Julia or community. But they allow you to work quietly with the same material as the group courses whenever you feel called.Â

PRIVATE INNER WORK
For those wanting more personal support and guidance, I offer private Inner Work on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum initial commitment is three months.
My private practice is rooted in compassion, Buddhist wisdom, neuroscience, and Western psychology (primarily Jungian psychology and Process-Oriented psychology).Â
I'm also trained in a variety of modalities including hypnosis, brainspotting (similar to EMDR), and somatic experiencing.Â
I work remotely with individuals, as well as couples, and other family pairs.
