About this course
This is a course in communication skills that build compassion and connection. Skills that minimize defensiveness and other blockades to understanding. The teachings in this course will benefit all of your relationships, including personal, work, and general societal relationships.

- Setting boundaries doesn't feel graceful. It tends to be all or nothing. An iron wall or no boundaries at all.
- We'll meet on a live Zoom call on Sundays July 13, 20, 27, and August 03, from 10-11:30am PT. (Convert your time zone here.) The calls are recorded so it's no problem if you miss any of them.
- The teachings in this course will be spoken live, with clear, written instructions for learning to put them into practice between calls. We'll also have fruitful group discussions to work through the fears and resistance you might feel about communicating from a more heartfelt, authentic place in ways that are appropriate for all settings.
