How this course works

  • Each week for 10 weeks, starting the day you enroll, you'll receive a new batch of audio lessons, contemplation prompts, and instructions for a meditation practice that gradually deepens. A practice that ultimately permeates your daily life outside of your sits.

  • The lessons will range from the practical to the inspirational, progressively helping you overcome obstacles and resistance through insights, stories, and metaphors. The lessons will change your volition for meditation, which naturally changes your approach and the outcome.

  • There will be optional books recommended as well, to augment your learning. (Reading the books will not be mandatory or essential to your learning. They will be supplemental for those who wish to read them, and will create an even more immersive experience.)

  • While the program takes 10 weeks to complete, you'll have access to this course material for 9 months. So you can take your time and return as often as you’d like to the lessons shared. A deeper meditation practice takes time to mature and is a lifelong process. This course is designed with that in mind.
