Enjoy a self-study program. Self-study programs allow you to work independently whenever you feel called. They include the same lesson and practice content as the group versions, but do not include live Q&A calls with Julia or a community component.
REQUEST PRIVATE INNER WORK
For those wanting more personal support and guidance, I offer private Inner Work on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum initial commitment is three months, so that the work has enough continuity to be meaningful.
My private practice is rooted in compassion, Buddhist wisdom, neuroscience, and Western psychology (primarily Jungian and Process‑Oriented approaches). I also incorporate modalities such as hypnosis, brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.
I work remotely with individuals, as well as couples, and other family pairs.
