About this course
Rooted in both nature-based teachings and empirical science, this course will guide you into bringing valuable habits and spiritual practices into your daily life for your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
This is not a course about optimizing your productivity. This course is here to nurture your soul and help you weave the sacred into your everyday life.
This course is also offered as a way to reconnect you to the more-than-human world and more-than-human forces through creative ritual and ceremony -- which benefits you, the Earth, and our societies in far-reaching ways. I'll explain how and why within the course.

- The materials in this course include numerous short (easy to digest) audio and video teachings covering the differences between ritual, ceremony, and spiritual practice, offering guidance on planning morning and evening practices that will last, and teachings on how to re-enter into a conversation and collaboration with the more-than-human-world through creative nature-based ceremony.

Upon enrollment, you'll receive one batch of lessons each week for five weeks. These lessons will take you step-by-step into the process of creating the rituals and ceremonies that nourish your soul and anchor your spiritual life.
- Please note that many of the lessons in this course invite you to collaborate with nature. For this you'll want to have some access to nature, which may be difficult for some in certain seasons of the year. While you have to the course material for a full year, you may keep this in mind as you decide when to enroll. (There is also a live group version of this course that runs Aug - Sept every year.)
