  • Access to "Essentials Of Yoga" will be granted instantly.

  • You'll step into whichever group course is coming up next, and will continue through the group courses for a year until you've been through all of them. (This means you can start this program any time of the year.)

  • The duration of your access to the course materials varies by course and is the same as if you enrolled in each one individually. (Please see individual course pages for access durations.)

All group courses include live calls with Julia and a kind, compassionate community to process with.
